I don't know about anyone else but I'm having a lot of trouble making out the purple revision links with the shadow, it takes me like a solid 5-10 seconds every time to even understand what the numbers are supposed to be. : You're having trouble with the text, the shadow or both? These styles were implemented while the wiki still used the old theme and thus may be difficult to see now. I'm not happy with current results, perhaps it could be improved, like, increasing the monospace text size a little to match regular text size or using normal font instead of bold.
