In All Star Cheer Squad 2 (All Star Cheerleader 2 in Europe), 14 exotic locations from around the world will serve as the backdrop for global cheer competitions. No longer a newbie, you will start out as the captain of the Tiger Squad, leading the team to victory by utilizing an all-new diverse move set that includes real-world aerial stunts, tumbling, formation changes and advanced moves on the Wii Balance Board accessory. Moves can be executed by using two Wii Remotes, allowing for greater mobility. You will select your squad members and then choose from more customization options including new makeup, hairstyle and uniforms. Because every routine needs a good beat first, All Star Cheer Squad 2 will feature even more original cheer music. Combined with an upgraded routine editor featuring a music mixer, a choreography editor and the ability to challenge friends via WiiConnect24, All Star Cheer Squad 2 will allow you to live the ultimate cheer experience. Tony G, world renowned cheer choreographer best known for his work on the Bring it On movies, will once again serve as chief consultant for the title.
Emulation Information
Wii Balance Board
This title supports Wii Balance Board, though no emulation is provided for the Wii Balance Board. The real Wii Balance Board may be required to access some features.
- In Bluetooth Passthrough mode, a Balance Board can be synced just like any Wii Remote, without any special configuration. Refer to the article for details.
- Otherwise, set the Balance Board option in the Controller Configuration dialog from "None" to "Real Balance Board". Then press the red "Sync" button in the battery compartment of the balance board, and press "Refresh" if Continuous Scanning is disabled. There is no fast sync (Wii Remote 1+2) in the Balance Board, so the sync button must be used each time.
Problems
Slow Play
The game runs really slow with Dolphin (tested on 5.0-7391). Enabling and setting the CPU overclock to 35% can get it to run at playable speeds.
Configuration
