Call of Duty 2: Big Red One offers cinematic intensity as never before on consoles. The hallmark cinematic intensity of Call of Duty returns with a more complete gameplay experience of World War II combat. Experience a wide variety of missions on land, sea, and in the air, with the aid of over three dozen authentic American, Italian, French, and German weapons. Charge into battle together as Allied and Axis planes duel overhead, artillery explosions shake the ground and choke the air, and bullets and shrapnel streak past you and your squadmates. Experience war-torn Europe and Africa, from the blistering desert expanses of Tunisia and Libya to the beautiful yet deadly countrysides of Italy, France, Belgium, and Germany.

Test Entries
Revision OS CPU GPU Result Tester
r7283 Windows 7 x64 Intel Core i3-2310M @ 2.1GHz Intel HD Graphics Cannot run the game in mode interpreter Honguito98
3.0-735 Windows 7 x64 Intel Core i7-2670QM @ 2.2GHz Intel HD Graphics 3000 Couldn't get it to run in any mode. Tried interpreter and it showed the "Licensed by Nintendo" screen. That's as far as I could get it to work. Ramon M
3.0-776 Mac OS X 10.7.4 Intel Core i7 @ 2.2GHz AMD Radeon HD 6750M Not playable. Game does not start at all in "JIT Recompiler" mode. Using "Interpreter" mode, the game starts but is *extremely* slow, a lot of patience is needed to actually see something happen. I managed to progress through the "Licensed by Nintendo" screen (wait a minute), the loading screen with a rotating "2" in the bottom right corner (wait several minutes), the autosave warning screen, the copyright screen, the Activision logo video (skipped), 3 other videos (skipped), the "Press Start" screen, the Profile Manager screen, and I gave up on the profile creation screen. Framerate was around 2FPS and speed was around 5%. Tested with default settings (except the mentioned CPU emulator engine changes) and DSP HLE. Nolendil
3.5-2246 Windows 8 x64 Intel Core i7-3740QM @ 2.7GHz ATI Radeon HD 7970M Using all settings that should speed up the game, 10-15FPS at the beginning of the tutorial level. Barely playable, but excruciatingly slow. Telogor
4.0-5637 Windows 7 x64 Intel Core i7-3820 @ 3.6GHz NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 With 4X resolution and 8x AA, game plays very well with default settings (game has a profile in Dolphin and is listed as "Playable.") FPS locked to 30, occasional drops as low as 20, and some equally rare audio slowdown. keboose
