Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop (known in Japan as Dead Rising: Zombie Sacrifice) is an action-adventure video game with console role-playing game elements. The game is a remake of Dead Rising from the ground up for the Wii console. The game was first released on February 19, 2009 in Japan, and later that month in other countries.

Problems

Unknown Pointer

On the mission where you need to get the medicine there is a video sequence about the mad shop keeper. After the video two unknown pointer errors have been seen.

Game locks up when left idle in item menu for extended periods of time (5 mins+). After some cutscenes the game refuses to recognize your inputs if you leave the window the game is running in. Solution is to simply to not alt-tab or otherwise leave the tenderer until the cutscene is played to completion. Minor sound screeching solved by using "XAudio2" as the audio back-end. SomeGP
