Eat better and feel better - in every situation! That's the goal of Der Gesundheitscoach. Der Gesundheitscoach extends the combination of personalized meal plan suggestions and effective healthy eating tips with plenty of exercise!

More than 250 athletic exercises, realistically demonstrated by motion capturing by a real personal trainer, keep the user fit and ensure movement in front of the console. On the Wii, of course, authentic with the Wii Balance Board. Delicious and healthy food is also available! More than 200 recipes are not only filling, but above all, they are slim. With daily planner and food database, everyone gets their nutrition under control. Anyway, the necessary theoretical knowledge is taken care of, because 35 seminars with optional quiz questions increase the "nutritional IQ" of the player!
