This channel allows the user to launch games from the disk drive of the Wii. They may be either Wii games or GameCube games. Ideally, this channel in Dolphin would allow for the launch of the default ISO currently selected in Config => Paths.
Problems
Unknown ISO
Launching a Wii ISO and choosing "Return to Wii menu" will work fine, but Dolphin doesn't fully emulate the Device_ES function, so Disc Channel will show the message below if using a GameCube ISO as the default ISO in Dolphin settings or if you start Wii Menu and use "Change Disc" to select a Wii ISO whose region does not match the installed System Menu.
Configuration
This channel does not need non-default settings to run properly.
Version Compatibility
The graph below charts the compatibility with Disc Channel since Dolphin's 2.0 release, listing revisions only where a compatibility change occurred.
