Dragon Ball Z: Budokai (aka Dragon Ball Z in Japan) is the first game of the Budokai series of fighting games based on the Dragon Ball media franchise. Released on the GameCube with additional cel-shaded graphics.
Dragon Ball Z: Budokai forces interlaced rendering causing its output to jitter vertically. Dolphin doesn't currently support interlaced output and attempts to convert all output to be rendered progressively. When progressive rendering can't be forced, delinterlacing doesn't occur appropriately, causing output to shift up a row for one frame and back down on the next. Refer to issue 10473.
As a workaround for this game, there's a deinterlacing Gecko Code available at the Enhancements section further below.
