Dragon Quest X: Mezameshi Itsutsu no Shuzoku Online is role-playing game with online support, developed and published by Square Enix, which was released in 2012. It comes on two discs: one that installs additional game data to the SD card, and the primary play disc.

Emulation Information

16GB Storage Required

This game requires either a SDHC card or a USB drive at least 16GB in size. Since 5.0-1837, Dolphin implements a virtual USB stick and the necessary USB modules for the game to install to a USB drive. Dolphin can also virtualize a SD card, Virtual SD Card Guide provides a tutorial for this. While you're at it, please enter at least 16384M during virtual SD card creation.

Problems

Incomplete IOS emulation

Dolphin's IOS HLE is currently incomplete and does not have a full implementation of the WFS modules which are used by the game. It is unplayable as a result.

As of Dolphin 5.0-1837 WFSI and WFSSRV have been implemented to the point where the discs can successfully install the channel. Unfortunately the channel still doesn't run due to other WFS functionality.

Broken SDHC Support

This game requires either SD card or USB storage at least 16GB in size. In case of SD card, Dolphin has issue with SDHC support, see issue 8823. Fixed in 5.0-5044. Though Dolphin has previously implements a virtual USB stick in 5.0-1837 and the necessary USB modules for the game to install to a USB drive, thus removes the need of a SD card.
