F-Zero AX is a futuristic racing arcade game developed by Amusement Vision and published by Sega for the Triforce arcade system board. The arcade counterpart to F-Zero GX, the games are closely related, sharing the same engine, art assets, and many of the same racers and tracks. AX even has connectivity with GX by putting a GameCube memory card with a F-Zero GX save into the arcade unit, allowing the player to unlock some AX content in GX.

Triforce
The Triforce branch is required to run this game, as well as a series of settings.
- The AM-Baseboard needs to be set to both SP1 and Port1 in Config ---> GameCube.
- Cheats must be enabled
- If you want to access the Test menu you must use DSP LLE.
- To boot the game you need the following patch. To apply it, right click on the game in the gamelist, click Edit Config, and paste the patch under the line: [OnFrame] Add memory patches to be applied every frame here.:
