Harvest Moon: Animal Parade is a farming Construction and management simulation video game by Marvelous Entertainment released exclusively for Nintendo's Wii console. It is the second title for the Wii in the Harvest Moon series, and has the same character designer as Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility. It features many animals, all of which one can ride, including circus animals.

Problems

Watery Cave

A common problem seems to be in the Watery Cave on the 20th level. Its been reported and confirmed that the character is unable to go any further into the mine as (s)he gets stuck in the top right corner of the area. This was bypassed in earlier revisions by switching to the experimental recompiler, but as of recent builds this fix no longer works.

r7590 Windows 7 x64 AMD Phenom II X4 795 ATI Radeon HD 5770 Most time good but some times crashes and some times sound bugs occur Vincend
r7719 Windows Vista x64 AMD Phenom II X4 840 @ 3.2GHz ATI Radeon HD 5700 Playable with patience. FPS is usually 25-30 Indoors, 100% speed. Outdoors it's 18-20 FPS with 55-70% speed. Small graphical errors in small thin models. (such as hay on barn floor) Game runs smoothly otherwise. Sealion
3.0-201 Windows 7 x64 Intel Core i7-2600K @ 4.5GHz nVidia GeForce GTX 580 Runs perfectly. Constantly 25-27 FPS -> 100% (If I turn off FPS Limit -> 50 - 75 FPS outdoor, good for some longer walks). No lags, no graphic/sound issues, just perfectly fine :) Zorro
3.0-589 Windows 7 x64 Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @3GHz nVidia GeForce GTX 560 Unplayable. Indoors ~20 FPS ~95% Speed, outdoors ~7fps ~55% speed, audio seems to be OK. Alu
3.0-684 Windows 7 x64 Intel Core i7-2600k @ 3.4GHz AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series Excellent, 28-30 FPS at all times. but the old photo album glitch seems to have returned, and is not corrected by marking the EFB Ram option anymore. The bug on the 20th floor of the watery cave seems to have been corrected though. Ammy
3.5-367 Windows 7 x64 Intel Core i5-2400k @ 3.1GHz AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series Very Good, 20 - 21 FPS in highly populated areas (towns) and large outdoor areas. 30 FPS indoors and in some outdoor areas. Photo album glitch is fixed by changing to EFP RAM. There is an audio glitch where loud screech/static occurs randomly: the screeching goes on for about 5 minutes then ceases (only to return again randomly). The prevalence of the audio glitch can be greatly reduced by turning off in-game sound FX (in game options, in the diary beside bed). Switching to DSP LLE seems to prevent the audio glitch, but slows down game performance. Agree with above: the bug on the 20th floor of the watery cave seems to have been corrected. Vulpix
