For 15 years, Mega Man games have appeared on consoles, and now you can play ten of them on one disc. Mega Man Anniversary Collection includes the first eight Mega Man games plus two that were never-before-released in the U.S. See how Mega Man has crossed into other media by watching unlockable bonus features, including footage from the original Mega Man TV Series, over 30 original artwork selections, and remixed music tracks inspired by the series.

Problems

Text Rendering

In Mega Man 7, text/graphics will not render properly without safe texture cache. They will stutter along or warp as the texture cache fails to update. Now set by default.

Testing

This title has been tested on the environments listed below:

Test Entries
Revision OS CPU GPU Result Tester
3.5 Windows XP Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 @ 2 GHz ATI Radeon HD 4650 100% playable. Constant 60FPS at full speed. Some little sound problems (In rare moments, you can hear random sounds of the game), and FMV problems (The audio plays, but shows nothing). No doubt, this can be corrected with the LLE DSP. Megaman 7 seems to be the most problematic, with some problems in animation of sprites. DmitryN
4.0-3496 Windows 7 64bit Intel Core i7 NVIDIA GeForce 540M FMVs play and graphics are fine in MM8. NES titles are fine with LLE and HLE audio, and the graphics display properly. Mega Man 7 is all kinds of crazy, however. Swarhog
4.0-9483 Windows 10 Intel Core i7-3770K @ 3.5 GHz NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 100% Playable at 60FPS. FMVs play as they should. All NES Megaman games play perfectly. Megaman 7 is playable but has some glitched graphics; text crawl during intro doesn't appear properly and some bullets fired from Megaman or enemies stutter while traveling across screen. Doesn't hinder gameplay though. Minor slowdowns in Megaman 8 during some transitional screens. Did not get a chance to try the 2 bonus games. JoeYoshi
