Metal Arms: Glitch in the System is a third-person shooter developed by Swingin' Ape Studios. It was published by Vivendi Universal on November 18, 2003 in North America for the Nintendo GameCube, PlayStation 2 and Xbox.

Problems

Intro Video

The intro video tends to skip and crash dolphin. It is possible to get around this issue by using save states, saving every so often and loading these saves after dolphin crashes. It is also possible to load a save state before the entire application crashes, when the sound or video starts skipping quickly load the last save state, this is not exactly easy however.

Even after getting through the intro, problems were experienced with saving data. The memory card would become corrupted and you would be forced to reset the profile (have to go through the intro video again) or continue without saving. When continuing without saving all progress will not be saved and anything that is unlocked for multi-player will not be usable.
