Works well on progect 64.... 4 out of 5 stars...  minor glitches in the scenery sometimes pop up... the landscap will sometimes turn black in battle mode..... this only happens sometimes, and more often in fullscreen mode.... but as you hardly notice the scenery in battle mode any ways, its not a big deal.
The game is real-time strategy role-playing game based on tactical RPG concepts. Magnus, the protagonist, commands a battalion of up to 40 troops. Members of the battalion are sectioned off into units, by the player. Units are deployed throughout the map, and do battle with other units. Combat is performed in "semi-real time", with multiple characters attacking at once.

sometimes the scenery will change from what ever town your visting to a farm with a old man and a dog... sometimes it changes back to the orignal location ur soposed to be in a few seconds later.... or something u need to finish the diolog before the glitch ends and you are returned to were you are sopposed to be.
Ogre Battle 64 was released to the North American [[Virtual Console]] on March 29, 2010. It was the first third-party N64 game available on the North American Virtual Console.

besides for the minor tempoary glitches in the scenery... the game is fully playable and any problems you may see in the scenery you proably wont even notice much
