'''''Rocky''''' is a fighting video game released in 2002 by Rage Software. The game is based on the Rocky movies.
Jump into the ring as '''''Rocky''''' Balboa and go head-to-head against 29 tough opponents, including Apollo Creed, Clubber Lang, Ivan Drago, and Tommy Gunn. Mickey and company train you from the streets of Philadelphia to the world heavyweight championship bout. Master Rocky's powerful punch combos and fast flurries. Practices your skills in Sparring mode and then test them out in the Knockout Tournament against 15 other players. Based on the movie trilogy, Rocky tests your dedication, skill, and heart through various gameplay modes.

In the game the player controls Rocky Balboa on his journey from a club fighter, facing opponents like Spider Rico, until his championship bout against Apollo Creed and beyond. The game sticks closely to the movies with all characters being at least mentioned in the movies. A sequel was also made called Rocky Legends.

Blue Lines on Ring Ropes

There are two strange blue lines on each side of the ring connecting all the ropes as some kind of physics constraint. For some reason, in the GameCube version of the game they are left visible. This is not a defect in Dolphin but rather a bug in the game. This issue is not present in the PlayStation 2 version of the title.

Problems

Dualcore Desyncs

This game is dualcore sensitive in the menus, and it will cause the backgrounds to flicker. In-game on certain stages the floor will disappear for a few frames at a time, especially outside of Mickey's Gym. Thankfully, the dualcore issues appear to be graphical only, not causing crashes.
