Official build can't go through the beginning.
A Skylanders portal of power is required to play.
Compatible Portals are those came with PS3, PS4, Wii, Wii U.
Plug the Portal in USB and install the WinUSB driver. Eg. Zadig 2.2

Open Zadig and in Options -> List all devices. Find the Portal and install WinUSB driver on it.
