Save/Load Issues

Prior to 5.0-13988 this game would crash and have various issues unless Speed Up Disc Transfer rate was enabled. The game would also read/write invalid memory addresses, resulting in crashes with MMU enabled. 5.0-13988 disabled icache emulation for this title, making it run more correctly in the JIT.
