**If you make a configuring controllers article, please make sure you don't do anything subjective. I'll explain. The problem with controller config suggestions on game pages is that controller configuration is subjective. For example, a gamecube controller and especially a wiimote don't map 1 to 1 onto an Xbox 360 controller. How someone maps a wiimote onto their controller is entirely up to personal taste; it's subjective. Furthermore, not everyone is going to be using a 360 controller (or even use the same drivers for a 360 controller). So "button 1" on one controller will mean something entirely different on another. For this reason control configuration suggestions on game pages are something that rather bug me, because they are more or less useless. Still, I think there could be some value to having a configuring controllers article if it focuses on the process of configuring and not on the end result. It could make things a little simpler for people. So, please keep this in mind if you make the article. MaJoR 22:20, 8 March 2012 (CET)
It would be good if we could provide some description around the "Mic" option under the GC controller settings. I've never been clear on it's purpose, but have been presuming it's a mic on/off switch. Kolano (talk) 20:58, 17 October 2013 (CEST)

GC Mic

It would be good if we could provide some description around the "Mic" option under the GC controller settings. I've never been clear on it's purpose, but have been presuming it's a mic on/off switch. Kolano (talk) 20:58, 17 October 2013 (CEST)
