Problems When Using Older Graphics Cards Unscratch?
As far as I can tell the issue is resolved with Dolphin's default settings, even with older cards. Per our normal rules shouldn't it be scratched out? Unclear of our support of coverage of purely non-default backend issues (i.e. would these issue prevent a perfect rating?).
