As far as I can tell the issue is resolved with Dolphin's default settings, even with older cards. Per our normal rules shouldn't it be scratched out? Unclear of our support of coverage of purely non-default backend issues (i.e. would these issue prevent a perfect rating?). :I think it's fine to keep, but probably more appropriate for the emulation information section than problems. I like the per backend ini idea in this specific case, but I don't know of any other titles that have that implemented? As far as I'm aware Dolphin doesn't force your graphics backend through ini ever in its current state unless the user sets it to.
