I don't even know where to begin with this one. First of all it doesn't appear that "My Pet Hotel" is the same game as "Paws & Claws: Pet Resort" as GameFAQs claims; both games have completely different ID prefixes and totally different logos on the cover. Second, assuming they ARE the same game, the publisher codes are total nonsense.
- RPNE78 matches GameTDB
- RMNP78 does not match GameTDB, they give RMNPFR
- RMNDFR matches GameTDB
- RMNHMN matches GameTDB
- RMNHMR matches GameTDB again, somehow?
The prefixes all seem to match actual titles, as I found back cover scans for all of them but the Netherlands release (its title there is "Mijn Dierenpension: Verzorg en speel met de leukste dieren!"), but the publishers make no sense. I don't see a THQ logo on any of the "My Pet Hotel" releases anywhere; and even if I did, why would they publish only one release there? This makes me think GameTDB is right for RMNPFR and our entry is a mistake. Secondly, there's two Netherlands IDs so clearly one of them is just wrong. Normally, Mindscape's SUPPOSED to use MR for their publisher code by my understanding, but I've already found a counterexample to that so to hell if I know which of the two is right. And our infobox for this game is horribly, horribly wrong no matter how you look at the situation, but it seems pointless to edit it since I'm expecting a page split for "My Pet Hotel" anyways.
