I cannot find any reference to GIQP78 beyond the GameTDB entry; Redump has no IDs for this game. It appears that the X region cover is for the English release, and the Y region cover is for the German release, however I also found a Tradera listing which pairs the French release cover with an X region disc; maybe GIQP78 is the French release and this has the wrong disc?
