(I tested my catalog, and none of my SNES VC titles need Idle Skipping. Nevertheless, you listed some games I didn't have, so I had JMC47 test them. They don't need idle skipping either. Matter is settled for me.)

Titles run at half speed on normal settings. Check "Enable Progressive Scan" to fix this.

Titles will freeze at times while the game still runs. While it is much less severe than other VC platforms, all games are affected by it on some degree. Set "Texture Cache Accuracy" to "Position 1 (Safe)" to fix this. Some SNES VC titles have this set in the GameINI by default, but most do not.

Glitched Sound

Sound is glitched in the OpenAL backend. Use XAudio2 to prevent this. Fixed in 5.0-798.
