Adds common text to the "Emulation Information" portion of Wii titles that uses the Portal of Power accessory. See {{Problems}} for other shared problem statements.

Portal of Power

Problems/Portal of Power uses the Portal of Power but it's not emulated by Dolphin. A real Portal of Power can be used in Dolphin by installing proper drivers with Zadig. Follow the same install instructions for the GameCube Controller Adapter for Wii U but instead of selecting "WUP-028" in the pulldown menu, use "Spyro Porta". After doing this, the Portal of Power will work in Dolphin just fine whenever plugged in.
