Adds common text to the "Problems" portion of SNES titles that require EFB To Texture Only disabled to not stretch graphics horizontally. See {{Problems}} for other shared problem statements.

Stretched Output

Most graphics are stretched 100% horizontally to the right side of the screen, so only half the image is displayed. Disable EFB Copies to Texture Only to fix this.
