Adds common text to the "Problems" portion of SNES titles that require EFB To Texture Only disabled to not stretch graphics horizontally. See {{Problems}} for other shared problem statements.

Example
Stretched Output / Black Screen
Most graphics are stretched 100% horizontally to the right side of the screen, so only half the image is displayed. In newer revisions the stretching has been replaced by black output. Disable EFB Copies to Texture Only to fix this.
