The game's diet and exercise programs incorporate all of the expertise of The Biggest Loser trainers and doctors, while taking full advantage of the Wii's technology. You'll do cardio, upper- and lower-body circuit routines, and yoga, monitoring your progress every step of the way. Set goals for yourself and compete with friends or family - or compete with yourself! It's up to you to decide how you can change your body and your life.
