Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell is an action-adventure stealth game, developed by Ubisoft Montreal and built on the Unreal Engine 2. It is the first Splinter Cell game in the series endorsed (but not created) by author Tom Clancy, and follows the activities of NSA Black Ops agent Sam Fisher. The character of Sam Fisher is voiced by actor Michael Ironside. His boss, Irving Lambert, is voiced by actor Don Jordan.
Enable "External Frame Buffer" Real to avoid video just being a black screen. Fixed with Hybrid XFB in.
Aspect Ratio Flickering
This can be seen in the first level, "Police station", in the stage just after you passed the burning building. While walking along a balcony at the end, you can cling to a pipe to cross the street canyon. Near the corner with the pipe, the screen suddenly starts jumping between 4:3 and 16:9 mode. Fixed in.
This title does not need non-default settings to run properly.

|Windows 7||Intel Core i3-4370 @ 3.8GHz||NVIDIA GeForce GT 750 Ti||Game plays fine the whole way. Screen sometimes wobbles up and down randomly, but it goes away after a few seconds. Could be a settings issues since not all my settings are default .||Yugix|
