An entry that is fixed should be taken to Problems section because now it's fixed. This is how I see it: Emulation Information to keep users informed, to clear up confusions, etc, and they may not be fixed because it's probably not Dolphin's fault, synonymous with WontFix. Problem entries in Problems section on the other hand are expecting a solution, but if one of the WontFix became fixed, we can consider it a problem entry because it's accompanied with a solution. Ubershaders and NES titles

Does Exclusive Ubershaders also fix VC NES titles on D3D as well? If so a note about that should probably be added to NES global problems. - Xerxes (talk) 02:04, 23 September 2017 (CEST)

Yeah, it does. Exclusive Ubershaders slows down the driver enough that it avoids whatever bug it runs into. We unfortunately do not know enough about the internals of the driver to see what kind of optimization it's doing that breaks things. JMC4789 (talk) 00:28, 24 September 2017 (CEST)

Thanks for the explanation. I updated global problems with what you told me, please feel free to fix it up if/when you find out more about it, or if I got anything wrong. - Xerxes (talk) 07:41, 25 September 2017 (CEST)

Config Sections

Please try to populate the Config sections of pages as you add issues with known resolutions. Doing so will populate the Category:Config Required categories, which should be helpful for work on future ini updates. Kolano (talk) 07:52, 28 February 2017 (CET)

I always forget to do it due to the round-about way i have to dig up the variable names. I haven't memorized them, and my browser likes to forget what I'm doing. AKA I'm lazy and I'll do better in the future. JMC4789 (talk) 10:14, 28 February 2017 (CET)

  • This is fixed. IS there a common place to mark this?

An entry that is fixed should be taken to Problems section because now it's fixed. This is how I see it: Emulation Information to keep users informed, to clear up confusions, etc, and they may not be fixed because it's probably not Dolphin's fault, synonymous with WontFix. Problem entries in Problems section on the other hand are expecting a solution, but if one of the WontFix became fixed, we can consider it a problem entry because it's accompanied with a solution.
