Recent GameID Submissions

Thanks for helping fill in missing GameIDs. The ones you've submitted seem to be missing the Publisher Code (refer to GameIDs) making them 4, rather than 6 characters long as used by Dolphin. If you can reference these against the ID shown in Dolphin for these titles and update them it would be appreciated. I'd guess most should align with the publisher ID of the other GameIDs listed for each title, but I'm unclear of the specifics of how these demo titles are handled.
