Graphics settings: v-sync, scaled EFB copy, per-pixel lighting, skip EFB access from CPU, ignore format changes, store EFB copies to texture only, texture cache accuracy slider all the way at safe. LLE recompiler drops the framerate by about 5FPS (to ~55) seemingly at random.

5.0-15993 Windows 10 Intel Core i5-2300 @ 2.8 GHz AMD Radeon HD 6770 Direct3D 11, 3x IR, 1x AF, 1x MSAA. Runs at full speed. At this point (completed world 1 out of 4), the only issue has been during the boss battle at the end of World 1. The game bounces back and forth between 4:3 and 16:9, even with the 16:9 Gecko code turned off. Despite this, the boss battle is still playable. SpectraNocturne
