Wii Fit (Wiiフィット) is a fitness video game developed by Nintendo for the Wii. The game introduced the Wii Balance Board, which the game uses to measure the player's weight and posture as they stand on it during exercise. Matsunaga described the game as a "way to help get families exercising together", and features a wide variety of exercises such as yoga, strength training, aerobics, and balance games.
