Placing it there allows us to maintain better consistency with things listed in the problems section, which theoretically shouldn't list things that don't occur with default settings. This also allows the title to be rated 5 star without controversy in future. Also if you want to get into nitty-gritty, any problem with a solution could be considered an "enhancement" as they improve upon the broken state. If this problem really still needs to stay out of Problems section because it's from non-default setting then why not let Emu Info have it?
