The NTSC Toys R Us Edition is region coded "X" which Dolphin then detects as a PAL regioned game. As such, it runs 25/50, which is not correct. As such, the game runs too slow, and some cutscenes are very choppy and desynced. To work around this for now, open the ISO in a hex editor and locate the Game ID at the beginning of the disc. Modify "RUHX52" to "RUHE52" and save the file. Purge the gamelist cache in Dolphin, then run the game again. It will now be running 30/60 and work correctly. | |||
