In Pac-Man Arrangement, 5.0 and onward builds of Dolphin have an issue playing the background music and ghost siren under specific circumstances. If the "Round Clear!" transition is not skipped, the background music and ghost siren will not play in the following round. This affects normal rounds as well as the second tutorial. The error is most noticable in Round 3. It is possible to fix the audio during a round by running out of lives and using a continue. It is also possible to restore the ghost siren by losing a life during a round.
