*MD5s: Yes we want them. I think they are better suited to the infobox than the Emu Info section. We need to work out better sources of them, and scripts to automate populating them.

*I also don't support the current banner notices, which as discussed just seem to spew info all over the page instead of keeping things logically grouped. I am supportive of having some sort of templates for common issues between titles though (i.e. just shared common text without all the styling). These should probably have some common prefix though, similar to the handling of ratings <nowiki>{{Problems|<ProblemID>}}</nowiki>.

*I like the thought that goes with the Outdated template, but I'm not clear I'd want it blatantly displayed on pages. Given the rate of Dolphin releases, the comment is likely true for almost every title on the wiki. I might be more supportive of it if it were automatically added to a page that didn't list a recent Dolphin version test result, but designing such would probably require some JS logic to show/hide and couldn't generate categories since there's minimal ways to reference other page content from inside a templates. A related thing I'd prefer to see so though go into would be a common format for titles Discuss pages, something like what is done with [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Pac-Man|Wikipedia game pages], where page quality is assessed and perhaps outdated status could be manually assigned (populating some Category so there would be a pool of pages to investigate/update).

Your edits are appreciated Wildgoosespeeder, but let's try to come to some consensus on things so effort isn't wasted here. Also, I think this discuss thread had become a bit bloated and multi-headed. I'd advise further commentary to be added to relevant subsections so things doesn't get too crazy. Added a few empty ones below, please revise them as needed.
