Resident Evil: Difference between revisions

This is a huge mess. I decided to just axe the stuff I could text really quickly. The slowdown stuff is mostly alleviated in recent builds, but, it varies per computer and whatnot so I felt like just removing it was better.

*In main hall or/and the birdcage, to fix it just put the EFB copy to texture.
EFB Accuracy set to fast alleviates many forms of the above slowdowns.
