Uh, in the problems sections we only list issues that occur with default dolphin settings, since OpenGL is the default backend now, removed Z-Order Glitch entry and left only settings note. Updated Version Compability chart...
(Tested again in 4.0.2 with default settings and Bounding Box enabled and couldn't reproduce this)
