Zumba Fitness

Works okay, slows down a bit on the fps, also doesn't like real Wiimote only emulated ones, but all in all works perfectly, sound a bit out of sync.

Suggested for dual core people to run at direct3d9, haven't tested opengl or direct3d11 yet.
