Using the Direct3d plug-in sometimes results in framebuffer related errors.
Framebuffer errors are occurring with the Direct3d plug-in (in releases including, r5460) on:
*Nvidia cards
*ATI cards /w anti-aliasing options enabled
 
Use the OpenGL plug-in to avoid such. Disabling "Use Native Mips" has also been reported to correct the issue, but that has not been confirmed.
