-The NTSC Toys R Us Edition is region coded "X" which Dolphin then detects as a PAL regioned game. As such, it runs 25/50, which is not correct. The game will run slower and some cutscenes are very choppy and keep desyncing. A workaround at the moment involves editing a Game ID on the disc image using a hex editor to bypass this flawed framerate by region detection. Find "RUHX52" at the beginning of the disc then modify it to "RUHE52" and save the file. Purge the gamelist cache in Dolphin. It will now be running at its intended 30/60.
