Issue still present on {{revision|3.5-1093}}, correctable by setting the Texture Cache Accuracy slider to furthest right or middle setting. Safe setting causes slowdown.
To avoid potential slowdowns, you may want to look at Overclocked CPU option and download it at around 66%, if this does not work for you, go lowering gradually until the CGs (pre-rendered videos) remain in stable 60FPS, with no more than a variation of 58 to 60FPS.
