Updated all the old information. Removed certain settings that are not needed anymore. LLE fixes the music, and LLE on Thread greatly improves its speed. Last but not least, added my own testing.

If you use HLE to play the game, you´ll quickly notice that there´s instruments missing in the music that plays.
The only solution to fix this problem, at the cost of speed, is to enable LLE.
