This is very interesting, thanks for showing me this. Demo discs just in general are hard to find or even confirm were made, so it's cool this one in particular can actually be found out there. I don't know about the legality of filesharing preview/demo disc images, on the one hand you could think of it as still containing copyrighted work because they're part of a fully featured game (just not the whole thing), but on the other hand they were never sold commercially, so I think it makes up a gray area. I know there's people out there that make Nintendo World Championships reproduction carts and they don't get into legal trouble, so maybe it's fine but I'm just not sure.
