Mega Man 9 is a platform game developed by Capcom and Inti Creates. It is the ninth game in the original Mega Man series, and the first series re-release (not counting spin-offs) since the 1998 game and 2002 release of Mega Man & Bass. Mega Man 9 continues Mega Man's fight against Dr. Wily and his robot creations. A sequel entitled Mega Man 10 was released in 2010.

Starting the game without DLC (i.e. Endless Stage) installed and downloading it within the game results in error code 204036. Installing the DLC WAD directly results in a "Could not write to/read from Wii system memory" error in recent dev builds and a crash / "Dolphin.exe has stopped working..." message on 5.0. Fixed around 5.0-7991.
