Water effects and some attack animations look really bad causing extreme stretched textures without EFB to RAM, but EFB to RAM doesn't fully correct the issues either and it drops FPS from 30 to 15-20 while at 100% emulation speed which looks even worse. There's some other graphical issues that seem to be entirely random, like Dolphin rendering garbage at the top of the screen ingame.
