I've restored it, though I think we had purged it as it was overly complicated and wasn't getting used in the same way after various GameID clean-up and completion of other page collections. It definitely needs better documentation. Also I think we had prefered for the [[RELSAB]] ID to not show up on most of the those titles, as it's only used for those pre-release versions and isn't a unique identifier.
