To set up multiplayer with VBA-M, follow these steps.

*Download the [http://sourceforge.net/projects/vbam/files/latest/download?source=files latest VBA-M svn].

*Dump your gba_bios.bin, and enable it in VBA-M (Options > ~~Emulator~~ > ~~Bios Files~~)

*Dump your gba_bios.bin, and enable it in VBA-M (Options > Game Boy Advance > Configure > Boot ROM)

*Disable "Pause when inactive" in VBA-M (Options > ~~Emulator~~)

*Enable BIOS File use VBA-M (Options > Game Boy Advance > Use BIOS File)

*In the Dolphin configuration, go to the "~~GameCube~~" ~~tab~~ and select "GBA" for port 2

*Disable "Pause when inactive" in VBA-M (Emulation)

*Start the game in Dolphin ~~and go to a dungeon~~

*Enable Local Mode (Options > Link > Local Mode)

*In VBA-M, go to Options > Link > Joybus Options and type "127.0.0.1"

*Enable Link at boot (Options > Link > Link at boot)

*When you press ok, Dolphin should freeze (this is normal)

*Use the GameCube link type (Options > Link > Type > GameCube)

*Now load the gba_bios.bin, in the same way you would load a normal gba-game (File > Open ~~GBA~~)

*In the Dolphin configuration, go to the "Controllers" section and select "GBA" for the port input

*Enable Turbo Mode in VBA (~~Options > Speed~~ > Turbo ~~Mode~~), otherwise the game will run at ~8% speed

*Start the game in Dolphin

*Now just wait until it connects. ~~It may take a while, but this is normal~~

*Now load the gba_bios.bin, in the same way you would load a normal gba-game (File > Open)

*You can use a VBA-M savestate to make it connect faster next time

*Enable Turbo Mode in VBA (Emulation > Turbo mode), otherwise the game will run at ~8% speed

*Now just wait until it connects.
