I don't believe it should be used to list non-default config problems. The most appropriate way to handle them is to not include them anywhere on the game page. If something should be mentioned at all, at least let Emu Info or Problems have it, but it's bit odd to actually let Enhancements have it. It's not normal to hear something like "this problem will enhance your gameplay!"
