Normally the game flickers a lot which seriously hurts your eyes. To turn this off and make the game look normal, enable XFB in the graphics configuration and it should be fine. Be surer to enable XFB, not XFB real. XFB real will switch the games graphics to native resolution and crate a very ugly look.
