So I've noticed an old issue "Glitched Transitions" recently scratched out with a note that a setting that fixes it is already set by default for this title, I've decided to find which build did it, I think it's way back somewhere before Dolphin 4.0-44. If there's some reason these should stay here (even though they're scratched now?) then please revert.
